At Super-Me Fitness, we like to ease you in properly rather than throwing you in at the deep end. Everyone starts with either our 28-Day Trial Programme or 6-Week Transformation Programme, so you can get comfortable, learn how things work, and build confidence at your own pace.

 

All programmes come with a money-back guarantee, and if you decide to stay on, you can use what you’ve paid as credit towards a membership. It’s a relaxed, supportive way to start — especially if gyms have never really felt like “your thing”.

Our 28-Day Trial Programme is the easiest, no-pressure way to experience Super-Me Fitness and see if it’s right for you. It’s designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident from day one — even if you’ve never felt at home in a gym before — while giving you the structure and guidance needed to start seeing real progress.

6-WEEK FULL BODY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME

Our 6-Week Full Body Transformation Programme is a structured, supportive way to reset your body, build strength, and feel confident in the gym again. It combines expert coaching, personalised nutrition, and a clear plan so you always know what you’re doing and why — no extremes, no pressure, just a proven approach that fits around real life and delivers real results.
